These soundbars are interesting and continue a trend that we have seen a lot lately. It has Verizon’s Stream TV service built-in, which is built on Android TV. So you can buy one of these soundbars and plug them into your TV, and get Stream TV on your TV. Meaning that you are upgrading your audio, while also getting access to all of your favorite apps, all with just one HDMI port being used.
What’s the difference between the two Stream TV Soundbars?
The biggest difference between these two soundbars, is that the Stream TV Soundbar Pro has nine speakers, 3 HDMI ports and was completely designed by Bang & Olufsen. While the regular Stream TV Soundbar has only five speakers, two HDMI ports and the audio was only tuned by B&O. And not fully designed by B&O. These are both available for purchase today and will start shipping on December 14. So you should still get these in time for the holidays. Though, it’s unclear how popular these will be, and how many Verizon will have by December 14, so it could be back ordered a bit. We’ll have to wait and see. But if you are looking for a new soundbar, this might be the one to get. Especially if your TV has limited HDMI ports, as this would use the same one that your set-top box uses.
