All of the chargers on this list are at least 60W, with quite a few of them being rated at 100W. We feel that 60W is a good compromising speed to work on laptops and tablets. As well as being cheap enough for most people to have a spare charger laying around. While a 100W charger is great for those that need to charge up very quickly.
Best USB-C Laptop & Tablet Chargers
On this list, we have ten USB-C PD chargers. These range from 60W to 100W as mentioned already. They will work on your USB-C laptop, tablet and even your smartphone. That is because these are backwards compatible, and will only deliver the amount of power that your smartphone is asking for. So if it’s a 30W smartphone, it will only ask for 30W from a 60W charger.
Anker PowerPort Atom III
The Anker PowerPort Atom III is the perfect charger for charging your laptop or tablet (and even your smartphone). It has a USB-C PD port capable of 45W, along with a USB-A port available. Allowing you to charge two devices at once. Just like with most chargers, the ports combined are 60W. So this is actually the slowest charger on this list. There’s 45W for the USB-C port and 15W on the USB-A port.
Satechi 100W USB-C PD Wall Charger
This USB-C PD charger from Satechi is a monster. It can charge at up to 100W. Like many other chargers on this list, it does also charge at slower speeds, depending on what is plugged in. It’s a GaN or Gallium Nitride charger, so it’s actually pretty small. A good number of these chargers use GaN over Silicon as it can keep the charger cooler without taking up as much space.
Anker 100W 4-Port Charging Station
This Anker charger is a beast as well. It’s a 100W, 4-port desktop charger, that has two USB-C PD ports and then two USB-A ports. Making it great to put on your desk and charge up your laptop, tablet and anything else that might need to be charged. This is actually the charger that has sat on my desk for a number of years already and charges my laptop everyday.
Satechi 100W USB-C PD GaN Charger
This is a truly 100W charger, that has multiple ports. So both of these USB-C PD ports can do 100W, but only if that is the only port being used. If you have things plugged into the other USB-C PD or the USB-A port, then it’ll be slower. That is actually really impressive, and makes this charger really great to travel with. It’s also a GaN charger, so it’s super small, for the amount of power it has.
UGREEN 100W USB-C Wall Charger
This two-port GaN charger from UGREEN is fairly inexpensive at under $60. It can do 100W from both ports, though only when one is being used at a time. It can also be used to charge tablets and smartphones, in addition to your laptop. As it will charge slower, for other devices. It all depends on how much power the device is requesting.
UGREEN 100W USB-C Desktop Charger
This is another good option to put on your desk. As it has three USB-C ports and a USB-A port. However, only two of the USB-C ports are capable of 100W. And that’s only when one port is being used. This gives you a few different ports to use to charge different products, like smartphones, wearables and such.
Nekteck 60W USB C Charger
If you’re one that wants to travel as light as possible, this is a good option to pick up. The Necteck 60W USB-C charger has a single port. And since it’s a GaN charger, it does also take up very little space. Not to mention it also has a foldable plug on board.
ZMI zPower Turbo 65W USB-C PD Charger
Here’s another good option for traveling. This is a bit faster at 65W, but it’s also a GaN charger. So you’re getting a pretty powerful charger here in a small package. And yes, it also has just one port.
Not the most powerful USB-C PD desktop charger here, but it’s pretty good for the price. And not to mention, this is actually a GaN charger, so it’s pretty small in size too.
