These new Skyworth TVs benefit from the Android TV platform
Skyworth gave these TVs the Android TV operating system. This gives them access to a ton of TV-based apps to boost the whole TV-watching experience. Users will also be able to download and stream from different services like Netflix, Disney +, Hulu, and others. Android TV also lets the users use Google’s Assistant. This is mostly for searching for movies and shows using your voice via the included voice remote.
If you want to pick these TVs up, be prepared to pay a lot
These new Skyworth TVs aren’t exactly cheap, but they should be on par for their market. The first model is the Skyworth XC9000 55-inch, and it comes in at $1,999. Hisense also has TVs and a 100-day tryout period
Hisense took a survey, and it revealed that 80% of people who return their products wish they had more time with them. Because of this, the company just added a 100-day tryout period to some of its TVs. Customers who register their TVs within two weeks of purchase will be able to test out their TV for a full 100 days before returning it. This doesn’t go for the company’s entire roster of TVs, however. Hisense is only adding this onto its ULED TVs. There are a handful of TVs under this category: the 75-inch U6G, the gaming-centric U7G, U8G, and the top-of-the-line U9DG.
